Canceling an Order
To cancel, email us at info@hommery.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and be sure to include your order number.
Beyond that window, we can't guarantee cancellation, since your order may already be processing. Once an order ships, it can no longer be canceled — but you're welcome to return the item after delivery under the terms of this policy.
30-Day Easy Returns
You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to send items back. To qualify, items must be:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories
There is no restocking fee, and our support team is here to help throughout.
Who Pays for Return Shipping
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items — We cover the full cost when a product:
- Arrives as the wrong item
- Is damaged by the carrier
- Is defective in any way
Change of Mind — You'll cover the actual return shipping cost when:
- You ordered the wrong item
- The item doesn't fit
- You no longer want the item
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item
- Reach Out — Email info@hommery.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Pack It Up — Securely repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.
- Ship It Back — Follow the instructions in your return authorization email, using the carrier or shipping method recommended there.
How Refunds Work
- Inspection: When your return arrives, we'll check that the item meets our return criteria.
- Timing: Once approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method. Allow up to 7 business days for it to be initiated, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Exchanges are welcome. To swap your item for a different size, color, or product, email us at info@hommery.com and we'll get it sorted quickly.
Order Hasn't Arrived?
If your order doesn't show up within the expected delivery window, email info@hommery.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier, and if the package is confirmed lost, we'll either issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items can't be returned. These are clearly marked as non-returnable on their product pages.
